Sale conditions
Orders
The good will leave only after a handwrited or fax order. We accept phone-orders only
if they are urgent. If the phone order is not followed by a fax-order we will not accept
the return of the goods that we deliver.
Transport
The cost of the transport of your goods will be included in your invoice if you request
it with our shipping company.
Packing
The packing is made of cardboard. For fragile items the packing consist of a wood box.
Delivery
As confirmed in the order.
Payment
As you requested (the prices indicated in the price-list do not include added value-tax).
Expedition
We do not take any risks or responsibilities for the travel of the goods. Complaining
about the defects of the goods must be explained to the shipping company when the
items are delivered. We advise you to open the packs (especially if they are ruined
outside) with the presence of the shipping company. We also advise you to denounce
IMMEDIATELY the damages because if you do not do it our company will not pay back
any damages.
Guarantee
Every part of our items (also electric parts) is guaranted for 12 months (only if the
defects of the items are MANUFACTURE - DEFECTS) The guarented parts will be
substituted when the ruined pieces arrive at our firm. The guarantee does not include
the substitution of the whole item and the labour.
Validity of the prices
Unbtil 31.12.2009 or with an our communication.
Requested measures
Requested measures must be coupled with a full details drawing and a technical
description. The cost of the price will be passed on within 3 days on receipt of the
drawing.
All our products are made of hygenically approved materials.
